Fat Filled Milk Powder (FFMP) is an economical Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) replacer. It is produced by blending vegetable, palm or coconut fat with high quality skimmed milk powder. Fat content in this product may vary from 26% to 28%.

Fat Filled Milk Powder is used to prepare milk and as an ingredient for making cheese, yoghurt, and ice cream. In the food industry FFMP is a commonly used ingredient for applications in the segments: bakery, confectionery, chocolate, biscuits, bread, cookies, dairy, processed cheeses, evaporated & sweetened condensed milk, fruit and flavored beverages, soups, sauces, and many more

Packaging

Fat Filled Milk Powder is packaged in 10-25 kg multi-layer Kraft paper bags or 500-1000 kg Big Bags. Private label and custom packaging are available on request.

Shelf life

12-24 months from the day of manufacture.
